Sibelius Museum

The façade renovation of this particularly significant 1960’s concrete building originally designed by Woldemar Baeckman.  The Sibelius Museum was built in an urban block on the riverfront amidst wood and stone buildings from the 1830s built in the neoclassical style. The façades concrete and its wooden formwork is highlighted with varying 90 degree patterns.
