The new headquarters of Turku Energia
Construction work on Turku Energia’s new head office is progressing in Itäharju. The facades of the building consist of concrete elements, which create a varied and impressive 3-dimensional surface. The concrete elements are manufactured at Betset’s Turku plant.
The building will include a versatile and modern work space, a restaurant and a parking garage. The solutions have focused on the adaptability of the facilities and energy issues. The building has utilized solar energy and, when completed, will aim for the Platinum category of the LEED environmental certificate. The building will be built by Turku Teknologiakiinteistöt and contracted by Rakennustoimisto Lundén.
